I started walking in November of 2019 on the Agara lake trial when i was introduced to Runpundit in February 2020 and I finally decided to commit to running. I was never confident that I could actually run as i was always breathless and couldn’t even run for one km continuously. When i joined Runpundit and coach Vikas asked my target, it was just to be able to run 5km continuously. The coach helped me increase my stamina by doing drills and breathing exercises. He gave me a personalized list of exercises and posture training according to the weaknesses and difficulties i faced while running. Recently, I could even achieve running 21kms continuously, which would never be possible without a coach and the very supportive and zealous teammates i have at Runpundit.

I have been running since 2018. I started running as a form of exercise to reduce and maintain my weight. When I started running my goal was to run for 1 hour continuously. Then I wanted to run for 10k continuously. Although I achieved both of these, my pace was not so great. I used to run at a pace of 6:30/km but after I joined Runpundit and got coaching and guidance from Vikas, I was able to bring my pace down to 5:30/km within one month. I recently ran my first 21k non-stop. This would not have been possible without the running exercises and drills I have done as part of the Runpundit team. Thank you Runpundit. Cheers to an awesome team.

I started my running as this year’s resolution. I had planned to do a full marathon but I can’t run even 12km at a stretch without breathing problem. I got in touch with Runpundit and they helped me in getting my posture correct, in maintaining a proper breathing pattern, mentally strong to overcome the giving up pattern, etc. Now I am able to run 10km under 46minutes and long-run like 18km easily without any pain. Thanks, Runpundit.

I always wished to run long distance and wanted to be fit. I didn’t have any previous experience. I never knew about the coaching for running but once I saw some Instagram activity of runpundit and filled the assessment on their website. Joined them end of feb with the intention of being fit, that time I was 75.5kgs.My first run of 3kms with coach was at pace 8’07”. Everyday started the basic drills, uphill training, easy run, goal run etc., 5kms at 6′ 20″ pace became normal. Ran 10kms with 67 mins twice in the same month. I never missed even one training session. While checking progress there was pace improvement in the month end, it was 6′ 20″ pace which was very comfortable. First month itself I was able to notice the weight loss 3kgs approximately. After a month of quarantine while I started running again, I did 3kms run with 5′ 30″ pace. From then onwards started correcting mistakes of every km by coach’s advice. End of the month I see the weight reduced to 66.5kgs.,. In two months of training, I see huge difference in weight loss of 9kgs and huge pace improvement. I feel so fit, healthy and confident about myself.
Thank you so much to runpundit and team for training me.

My son had a passion to run since very young age. But I never had a clue on what I can do to give him proper direction to pursue his passion. I had a discussion with runpundit and he recommended to motivate Daiwik and support him in running. I started taking my son to Agara lake every weekend and there runpundit used to give tips to Daiwik. Daiwik used to get so excited watching runpundit running and slowly he started seeing dreams to be like runpundit. I came across many ‘not so welcoming’ feedback about kids running at an early age. I checked with my friend who is a paediatrician and her husband who is orthopaedic. Both of them told that it’s great if Daiwik is running. They clarified that there is no health impact of running, rather it is good for the growth. Daiwik, who once used to get tired walking one circle around the lake(2.8KM), now runs 2 rounds Nonstop that too with a good pace. He completed his first 5K marathon in 23.18 mins at an age of just 8. Daiwik says runpundit words are magical and he follows his tips while practicing and is successful.

I am into running since Jan 2017 but it had always been a walk-run pattern. I would barely run 400 mtrs and then switch to walking and eventually got settled with this, thinking that I would never be able to do a non stop run ever. In 2019, over the weekends, I started running around a lake in Bangalore when approached by a runpundit who said that it’s all in the mind and that he can help me to improve & make me do a non stop run .I blindly believed him and went on to train with him for the next 15 days.. to my surprise, yes from a 500 mtrs to a 3 Kms n then 6 Kms, I was able to run 10 KM NON STOP… I couldn’t believe that I did it… my joy knew no bounds
