Speed is a skill and it can be trained at any age. Runpundit's sprints programme covers the full short-distance spectrum from 100m to 400m, focusing on explosive starts, running mechanics, acceleration, and race execution. This is an in-person only programme, conducted exclusively in the 5AM batch.
